Sturgis: Baker Burnout Competition

Being the originators of the drag race style, head-to-head burnout competition at Sturgis, BAKER was prepared to make this year more monumental than any year before, and they did just that!
Baker, a builder of motorcycle drivetrains, put over 20 builders together for two nights, poising them 6 feet in the air on the amazing Burnout Cage built by the legendary Wink Eller and Jay Allen.

Mustangs move into motorcycle city

STURGIS -- Dan Jacobsen didn't buy his first Ford Mustang until after the inaugural Mustang rally four years ago.
"I had to," Jacobsen said. "I couldn't just watch from the sidelines."
"Ghost" is a white 2005 Mustang and will be just one of hundreds of the iconic American muscle car that will take over Sturgis Labor Day weekend.
